Parish, town and borough councils, schools and NHS trusts tender grass cutting, grounds and tree work every week. The notices are scattered across portals, deadlines are short, and the paperwork asks for RAMS, method statements, insurance certificates and a full pricing schedule before anyone looks at your price. Brieflane checks the official portals and emails the ones that fit your trade and region, free, every Monday at 7am.
Most of these contracts are not decided on price alone. Recent grounds tenders weight quality at 40% to 60% (Find a Tender attachment A-9513; Rushden Town Council grounds tender 2026). A good method statement wins more than a discount.
Values and dates as published on Contracts Finder. Always read the official notice.

Small firms lose council work on paperwork, not on quality. We write your tender response: method statement, social value, quality questions and pricing schedule format. You check it, sign it and submit it.
You pay a fixed fee per bid from £250 to £500 depending on size, credited in full against a capped success fee of 3 to 5% of the first year's contract value if you win. The success fee is only due once the contract is awarded to you.
We do not guarantee any outcome. You remain responsible for everything submitted. Some buyers ask bidders to declare use of AI tools; we will tell you when a tender does and help you answer it truthfully.
Is it really free? Yes. The weekly alert is free for as long as we run it.
Where does the data come from? Contracts Finder and Find a Tender, published by the UK Government under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
Do you cover Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland? We start with England via Contracts Finder plus UK wide notices on Find a Tender. Public Contracts Scotland and Sell2Wales are planned.
Can I stop the emails? Yes, every email has a one click unsubscribe.
